Baobab Jam has a lovely sweet-apricot flavor and is a dinner party talking point when accompanying meat dishes, but can equally be spread thickly on warm toast for breakfast. Don’t be alarmed when it starts out cloudy, it turns a clear orange when done. Just remember to keep stirring as you make it as it can easily stick to the bottom of the pot in the early stages of cooking.
